Waterfall Wall Ball shots during Fight Gone Bad in last week's morning On Ramp class.

 

 

Strength/Skill
Overhead Squat 3sets x 3reps with 5sec pause in Bottom @65% snatch
     
Tall Snatch 3sets x 3reps (find weight that allows good speed)
     
High Hang Snatch 4sets x 2reps @60%
     
 
 
 
WOD
AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
 5 Thrusters (135/95)
10 UB Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

 

CF Endurance - "On your own day"

 

Attend CrossFit WOD Class if possible, 3 hours or more before or after your Endurance workout
