CrossFit Introduction

During our free 1-hour intro session, we will introduce you to the philosophy and major components of CrossFit. You will learn a little about why we do what we do, and you will receive hands on experience with a CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD).

We will be sure to discuss with you:

  • Your Interests
  • Your Fitness Level
  • Your Goals
  • Your Physical Limitations or Injuries (if they exist)

Our intro WOD is meant to challenge you. By doing this WOD, you will definitely get a gauge for your starting fitness level and for what CrossFit is all about. Our On-Ramp WOD is a simple baseline workout:

For Time

  • 500 Meter Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Situps
  • 20 Pushups
  • 10 Pullups
