Youth Strength & Conditioning

WHAT IS IT? Youth Strength & Conditioning is a youth program focused on the inspired youth athlete. These kids are already performing “above the pool”, and their parents recognize they have the abilities to be cultivated.
Youth Strength & Conditioning is designed to improve young athletes across 10 domains of fitness:
Strength, Speed, Power, Balance, Agility, Accuracy, Endurance, Flexibility, Coordination & Stamina
If your athlete is joining open classes, the class will be balanced across all 10 domains. If your athlete is part of a team, and that team’s coach wants specific emphasis on certain domains, we will customize their programming to concentrate on the coach’s objectives.
ELIGIBILITY: Your athlete must play: Football, Select Soccer, Select Hockey, Select Baseball, or Select Basketball. (Youth not playing one of these sports that wants to join must come in for a pre-acceptance consultation before joining.)
OPEN CLASSES:
- Classes limited to 10 students
- Classes are offered for: 3rd through 8th Grade Kids & High School
- Kids: $111.50 unlimited classes per month | High School: $139.60 unlimited classes per month
- $15 drop-in rate for kids that are non-members
TEAM CUSTOM CLASSES:
- Classes limited to 15 students
- 4 team sessions - $500
- Recommended attendance is 2x/wk off season, 1x/wk during season
- Schedule is customized to your needs, with make-ups where games conflict with training
DISCOUNTS:
- 10% discounts for multiple kids and 25% discount on parent’s membership if applicable
- 3 or more family members - $300/mth unlimited family membership
CLASS TIMES:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays - 6:30 Youth | 7:30 High School
- Saturdays - 10:00 a.m. Youth | 11:00 High School
