Weightlifting

A. Back Squat 5×3 @85%; Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Snatch Deadlift 1×1@100%, 3×1@90% of heavy single for day, 3×3@85% Every 90secs for all 7 sets

C. Power Snatch build to a heavy single in 8 minutes; then 3×2@85% of that heavy single every 90secs

D. Power Clean + Push Press 5×3@85%

Accessories (if time)

A1. Pull-ups 5×10 (strict and weighted if possible; scale to banded)

A2. Side-Bends 5×10 Heavy

Back Squat

Snatch Grip Deadlift

Power Snatch
