CrossFit for Emily is a family affair. Together they’ve been enjoying CrossFit for almost ten years. Emily however didn’t dedicate herself full time until following her senior soccer season in 2021. Since this point though, she hasn’t looked back, and enjoy learning and competing every day. It’s not infrequent that you’d find Emily coming early to class and staying later to practice skills she’s motivated to acquire. Most recently she’s crushing her pursuit of walking handstands.
Emily shares, “I love the variance in CrossFit, how there are always new skills to work on, and the community it fosters reminds me of being on a team. I’m passionate about the methodology and the benefit of training functional movements. I [believe] there is a great opportunity to blend CrossFit and Sports Performance. This is why I’m most excited to coach youth classes!”
