Todd is a veteran triathlete, cyclist and marathoner. He has coached over 50 youth baseball, football and basketball seasons. He has competed in triathlons from sprint to full Ironman distances and in 2011, completed the Florida Ironman in 12:35:00 at age 50. He completed his full Ironman doing a very non-conventional, CrossFit Endurance-style training program, which saved him countless hours of mindless “long slow distance” road training in preparation. He’s learned that you don’t have to pound away at your body, reduce muscle, and lose hours-per-day to training for months on end in order to complete ultra distance events with a competitive finish time.
Todd conducts morning adult classes and on-ramps at CrossFit St. Louis and works with High School athletes some evenings. As a trainer, he enjoys working with all CrossFit members.
Todd holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Management.
