CrossFit Endurance Returns
On Monday, January 7, CrossFit Endurance returns for a new season.
We will be training for the St. Louis Go St. Louis Marathon and Half Marathon, and we will introduce training for Triathlon as well.
This year, we will select several events to train for as a group. On the Triathlon side, expect to see:

You do not have to be planning to race to join in on Endurance classes. While programming is designed to improve endurance (duh), it will assuredly be beneficial for any CrossFitter!
