-Why do you CrossFit?

I like crossfit because it’s always different. I feel like that the workouts challenge me in various ways and I always feel like I accomplished something afterwards. 

-Why do you choose CrossFit St. Louis?

I like crossfit stl mostly because of the programming and coaching. I think cory does an amazing job with the lifts and conditioning and he’s always mixing it up. He and David are so knowledgable and make the workouts fun.

-What do you want to accomplish in CrossFit?

 I just want to try and get fit and enjoy working out, it’s too hard to stick with it if you’re not enjoying what you’re doing. Also, the more I workout, the more cookies I can eat, right?? 😊

-What is your favorite movement and why?

Deadlifts and cleans are cool 😎 

-What are your hobbies?

I love the warmer weather, so if it’s nice out I enjoy taking our dogs for hikes, going on bike rides and sitting on a patio watching a game.

Why do you CrossFit?

I love the challenge and internal competition, driven by the communal energy — reminds me of playing sports as a kid.  

-Why do you choose CrossFit St. Louis?

The people!  Particularly as a non-native St. Louisan, I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the trainers, management, and the regulars I bump into every week.  I have to give a nod to Aaron Smith who coaxed me into CFSTL for the first time.  Truly the most fun and passionate group of people I’ve met.

-What do you want to accomplish in CrossFit?

I love trying to master new things, particularly those movements or workouts outside my comfort zone. You guys always keep it varied and fun.

-What is your favorite movement and why?

My favorite movement is actually one of my worst — HSPUs. But getting upside down and powering through those is the definition of “getting outside my comfort zone”

-What are your hobbies?

Rec sports (softball, volleyball, golf), guitar, reading
