We’ve had a lot of questions the last couple of days about what type of masks to wear during a work out.  The answer is….there is no one answer.   It’s heavily dependent on the type of workout you are performing, the material, the fit, and the comfort level.  Each athlete will have a different set of criteria and needs.   That being said, the links below can provide some guidance on what mask you might want to purchase so that you can continue to support your active and healthy lifestyle during these strange times.  Looking forward to see you, and your mask, at the next WOD!
