power or squat. build as you deem fit!

for time:

150 double unders

20 snatches 115/75

150 double unders

20 clean and jerks 135/95

Going BIG!?!?

145/100 for snatch

165/115 for clean and jerk
double unders: go for big sets.

snatch: this should not be over 70%. these can be fast singles that you can complete in 3 minutes or so.

clean and jerk: this should not be over 60% and completed around the same time as the snatches.
