Note – we are recovering your anterior chain musculature and knee caps with this series. That includes everything from the top of the foot to the hip. This chain get brutally stiff from being chained to a desk for 6-8 hours x day, it’s also extremely active in every single movement we do … so it needs some love. You may wish to bring a slightly softer rolling device such as a foam roller for the shin work … a lacrosse ball works but can be a bit pointy.
