Note: We are testing the push up for parts A & B to show you how your hips interfere with your ability to generate torque, create appropriate positions at the shoulder, and remain efficient with your movement. The torque test displays classic faults including bent elbows, internally rotated shoulders, forward shoulders, over extension at the spine and bent knees. All of these faults are causing you decreased performance and additional wear and tear on your body.
