I’m guessing maybe 10% of our members have a muscle up. I once went to a CrossFit Gymnastics seminar where they claimed that anyone with the desire to drill the movement can get a muscle up over time. Of all the drills I’ve seen, this one seems to simulate the real muscle-up movement pattern best.
