-Why do you CrossFit?

I ABSOLUTELY love the style of Crossfit workouts. I always feel energized and stronger after completing a WOD 🙂

-Why do you choose CrossFit St. Louis?

Crossfit St. Louis was a comfortable and welcoming place when I moved to St. L. The environment is always encouraging and supportive to individuals fitness goals! 

-What do you want to accomplish in CrossFit?

I’ve just enjoyed improving my strength and endurance over the years and I want to continue to build on what I’ve accomplished so far! 

-What is your favorite movement and why?

I really don’t have a particular favorite movement, I enjoy almost all of them – lol 

-What are your hobbies?

Other than Crossfit I enjoy running, skiing/snowboarding and hiking with my family, reading and a good spa day!!!

-Why CrossFit? 

When I was in my early 40’s I was not in good shape and knew I needed to do something to improve.  A friend of mine kept talking about Crossfit and I thought I would give it a try.  I immediately found that it was the best program for me.

-Why CrossFit St Louis?

I tried a few other Crossfit gyms but I really enjoy the atmosphere of Crossfit St Louis.  Plus with Coaches like Corey and David, how can you not enjoy your workout.


-What do you hope to accomplish?

Just get in shape.

-What is your favorite movement?

Laying on the floor after another brutal workout.  Back squat is a close second because you create a strong base.

-What are your hobbies?

Scuba diving with my kids.
