3 Position Power Snatch (4×1)

Last week 60,65,70%

This week 60,65,70,75%

3 Position Power Clean (4×1)

Last week 60,65,70%

This week 60,65,70,75%

Hang Snatch (4×3)

Build from 75% and feel from there.

3 and 3’s (4 sets increasing)

3-Behind the neck push press + 3-Overhead Squats
Percentage wise, try and be somewhere beyond 75% of 1RM. I’d love it if y’all could be hitting 85% or better though!

Clean + Front Squat (Build to max)

Bonus work here! Tough workout yesterday. Have fun with this and give it your best shot!
