A. Hang Squat Snatch from below the knee: 8 ascending singles; rest 2 min (begin @70% 1RM snatch and build from there based on feel today)

B. Clean and Jerk: 6 singles @83-90% 1RM ; rest 2 min

C. Front Squat: 5 reps @70% 1RM with focus on maximal speed x 5; rest 2 min

D. Back Squat: 5×5; rest 2 min (heavy and same load per set)
