A. Snatch Balance: 3 waves of 3 ascending single; rest 2 min bw reps

B. Clean and Jerk: EMOM until failure begin @70% 1rm add 10lbs until failure

C. OHS: 15 reps, 10, 5, 1, 5, 10, 15; rest 2 min between sets

D1. Snatch Pull 1.1.1 (rest 10 secs between reps); rest 1 min x 3 sets

D2. Snatch Grip RDLs 6-8 reps; rest 1 min x 3 sets
