1a. Jerk Balance: 3×5 (empty bar)

1b. Jumping Good Mornings: 3×5 (build in weight if you can)

Weightlifting

A. 5×3 Push Jerk with 3 secs pause overhead; rest 90 secs

B. Strict Press: 5×5 – build to a 5RM for day; rest 2 min

C. Heaving Snatch Balance5x5 build to a heavy 5rm for day; rest 2 min

Accessories

1a. Strict Plate raises: 3×10

Rest 30s

1b. DB Lateral Raises: 3×10

Rest 30s

1c. Bent Over DB Flys (thumbs turned down): 3×10
