A. EMOM x 15 minutes: 1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Power Snatch build to 1RM for complex (first 5 minutes/sets should be warm-up, building weight to be at 60% of 1RM snatch by 5th minute); if you fail before last minute, drop weight by 10-20lbs and start building again
B. EMOM x 15 minutes: 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk build to 1RM for complex ( first 5 minutes/sets should be warm-up, building weight to be at 60% of 1RM push jerk by 5th minute); if you fail before last minute, drop weight by 10-20lbs and start building again
C. EMOM x 15 minutes: 1 Front Squat + 2 Back Squats build to 1RM for complex
(first 5 minutes/sets should be warm-up, building weight to be at 60% of 1RM Front Squat by 5th minute); if you fail before last minute, drop weight by 10-20lbs and start building again – good form!
