1b. Jumping Good Mornings: 3×5 (build in weight if you can)

Weightlifting

A. Strict Press: 7×1 – build to a 1RM for day; rest 2 min

B. 7×1 Push Jerk with 3 secs pause overhead; rest 90 secs

C. Heaving Snatch Balance 7×1 build to a heavy 1rm for day; rest 2 min
