Warmup:

1 Set –

Tempo Goblet Squat x 8 @ 33×0

Single Arm DB Row x 10/arm

Glute Bridge DB Floor Press x 10

Every complex should build in weight up to and finishing with 3 heavy snatch singles for the day.

A. Snatch Push Press + OHS + Snatch Push Press + Snatch Balance (1+1+1+1) X 5; rest 90 secs

B. Snatch Deadlift + High Hang Snatch + Below the Knee Snatch + Snatch (1+1+1+1) x 5; rest 90 secs

C. Snatch Deadlift + Below the Knee Snatch + Snatch (1+1+1) x 2; rest 90 secs

D. Snatch: 3 singles; rest 2 min

E. 5 Secs Pause (in the hole) Front Squats: 5×3 – work up to challenging set of 3

*between sets perform 30secs hollow hold; Rest 2 min
