Athletes welcome to Day 6. A mix of barbell cycling and accessories is the name of the game. Starting off with the ever elusive Snatch Balance. The reason we continue to do this movement is because we are still coming out of the hole too fast and not sticking the snatches. This will help s we start at 70%!! Once again for the first two weeks keep the percentages the same and we will go up next time in the phase!
Make sure you do a few snatch balances with the bar and then get to work!
