It’s time to wrap up Phase 2 and move on from this cycle but before we do so there is some unfinshed business. Let’s test out that snatch. Spend 15 mins warming up under 65% of your snatch and keep your reps between 3-5 as well. Once you are ready to go spend the next 45 minutes and hit that 1RM snatch. If you hit your 1RM with more than 15 mins left over spend that time working off the blocks like last week starting back around 65% and only do

5×3 of the Hang Snatch from the blocks.
