Happy Monday athletes! Let’s wrap up this new cycle shall we? How about we do a little good ole fashion Barbell Cycling? Before we finsih up the last of our accesory work it’s time to see our new Jerk PR efforts in motion! So warm up with a primer first then get to the barbell cycle!
Clean + Jerk + Hang Clean
1+1+1 x5 sets @75% of 1RM Clean and Jerk and build every round
(hang from worst position)
Hang Power Clean + Push Jerk
2+1x 4 Sets. Start off at 75% of you Clean then perform a hang power clean from below the knee or mid thigh (choose your worst position) then power through for your power push jerk!
