Our High School Strength class is constructed for high school aged students who seek to improve their strength and conditioning. This class is not for amateurs as it requires both skill and experience. Our High School class is a perfect way to enhance agility, explosiveness, and conditioning outside of sport specific training. Our classes last for 55 minutes and are led by our certified trainers.
