Partner A completes one rd of Cindy while Partner B completes the bear complexes. Partner A&B will switch when both have completed their work.

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 squats

2 bear complexes: (185/125)

Power clean

Front squat

Push jerk

Back squat

Push jerk

Both partners working at the same time. If one finishes their work before the other, they will rest until the other has finished and this will repeat itself the entire amrap.​
