30-chest to bar pull-ups


Both partners will work together, standing side by side to complete the wallballs. Partners will wall ball at an angle back and forth, each partner will do 75 wall balls each.

The double unders can be broken up however the partners want. When you get to the pull ups, each partner will do 15 reps each, break these into sets of 5 to keep moving fast and get back to try and completed the second rd as much as possible.
