In teams of two, with one person working at a time, AMRAP 30:
100 KB Deadlifts
100m KB Farmer’s Carry
100 KB Walking Lunges
100 KB Push Presses
You pick the load and use the same weights for ALL movements. Most of you are will be just fine completing all movements using 35s for guys and 25s for ladies. You pick, just know the deadlifts and carries will be easier than the lunges and push presses.
