Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 10:00 for 30:00 (3x)

2:00 Calorie Row

2:00 Burpee BJO’s 24/20

2:00 Assault Bike Calories

400m Run
IF you want some weight in your workout grab a pair of dumbbells for your burpee box jump overs. Find consistency throughout.

You may sub more rowing/ski/bike throughout in case of large classes or simply stagger your starts, but every runs unless injured.

Include your 400s in the notes for own personal use.
