“Teams of 3”

3 Rounds Of:

400m Run

500m Row

500m Ski

45 Burpees

9 Rope Climbs…

Then…

21 Ground to OH 95/65

21 Ground to OH 115/75

21 Ground to OH 135/95

21 Ground to OH 155/105

21 Ground to OH 185/125
Each member will complete EVERY cardio piece but may start wherever. Once all 3 have completed the cardio, one at a time will chip through 45 burpees and break them up however & the same goes for the rope climbs…This will be repeated 3x. Completion of all 3 cardios + 135 team burpee + 27 rope climbs. Once that is completed every team member will complete 7 Ground to OH before moving up weight. Modify weight if needed…Start light and build as you complete the reps. Have fun!!!
