35:00 EMOM. All movements are :30 on :30 off. ONLY the push ups + hollow rocks are both completed inside the min at :30 push ups in :30s hollow rocks. Score your calories, swings, mountain climbers r/l, push ups and hollow rocks ALL at 1 rep each. Or just breathe and move and try to sustain the same reps throughout the workout.
