400m Run

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

*20 Alt.Leg V-Ups

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

Rest 1:00 Between Rounds

Rx 24/20″ 95/65

*You may sub out Alt.Leg V-Ups for 10 Toes to Bar
Score today’s workout for total time, rest included Rest 1:00 after each round…This should help those push the sdhp’s to going unbroken and then be able to start a new round with a better run pace.
