Work together, communicate, and have fun! Try to keep a 1:1 with your partner. Split reps as needed, however, a good “you go, i go” method will be the best way today. Switch every 10-15 calories and 10-25 sit ups. For the lunges both do 20 each (walking, stationary, stepping forward or reverse step). If you make through before 30:00…start a new round!
