Warmup:

3 sets of 3 reps: Muscle Cleans build over the sets

A) Every 2 min for 10 min (5 sets): 1 High Hang Clean – build to a 1 RM for the day

B) 10 min to build to a 1 RM Front Squat for the day (start first set where you finished on 1RM High Hang Clean)

3 supersets

C1) 60 secs Sorenson Hold

C2) 30 Russian twists (hold light DB)

3 x 16 Death March (light-moderate)
