30sec (stationary farmer’s hold) HEAVY! 70s/53s

12 shoulder to overhead 95/65

16 gorilla rows 35s/25s

-rest 1:00 between amraps-
Pick up where you left off from previous amraps. Farmers hold = 1 rep
