work up to your weight and keep all working sets relatively close across all sets. new set every 2:00

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12:00 amrap

21 med ball cleans 20/14

15 toes to bar

9 burpee to bar
if possible, burpee bar should be at a 6″ reach front fingertips when standing fully extended under bar with arms outstretched. you may jump to a shorter bar if needed but make it a 6″ jump!
