Weightlifting

A) Hang Snatch (at knees): 60% x 3, 70% x 3, 75-80% 3 x 3, 85-90% 2 x 2 Every 90secs

B) Hang Clean and Jerk (knees): 60% x 2, 70% x 2, 75-80% 2 x 2, 85-90% 2 x 1 – Every 2 min

C) Front Squat/Back Squat: 4/8 – 5 sets @ 75% of (95%) 1RM Front Squat

Rest 2 min between sets

Hang Snatch

Hang Clean + Jerk

Front Squat

Back Squat
