School Year Classes
Classes starting soon! Our standard school year program begins Tuesday, Sept 5 - May 31.
Our program is for ALL student athletes, 6th-12th.
(If you have a younger athlete that you believe possesses the necessary maturity, please call for an evaluation.)
Choose from 4 Classes Weekly:
Mon: 6:30-7:30 PM
Tue: 6:30-7:30 PM
Thu: 6:30-7:30 PM
Sat: 9:00-10:00 AM

Our goal is to help athlete's reach their personal performance potential. Our philosophy is simple, and it starts with virtuosity. What's that you say? "Doing the common, uncommonly well."
By teaching athletes to move better, more efficiently, and faster, we can produce a significant positive impact on their overall athletic performance.
